These terms apply to orders placed with StrikePlan LLC, Washington, USA.

Payment and scope

One payment of $49 covers one trip: the water and date window in your confirmation email. There is no subscription. Sending trip details does not place an order; paying does. Founding-angler orders (the first ten, at the launch price) are the same product at a lower price, in exchange for an honest review after the trip, whatever it says.

Money-back guarantee

If you don’t think your plan was worth what you paid, email [email protected] before the last day of your trip ends and we will refund you in full. No reason needed. We also refund in full if we miss the delivery date in your confirmation email, or if a rule, closure or access point in the plan was wrong when we delivered it.

Changes and cancellation

Cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once preparation has begun, contact us before changing your trip: a different date, waterbody or scope may need a new plan, agreed before any extra charge.

Delivery

Plans are delivered by the date in your confirmation email: within 48 hours of payment, or in the 48 hours before you fish for trips further out. If we cannot deliver by that date, you may choose a revised date or a full refund. If the delivered files are missing, unreadable or materially different from the agreed scope, contact [email protected] so we can correct the issue or refund the affected order.

Licence and use

Your StrikePlan and Cockpit Card are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own trips, including the people fishing with you. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or commercially reproduce them, scrape or bulk-extract their contents, or use them to build or train a competing commercial product or service. StrikePlan LLC retains all rights in the documents, the charts and annotations we prepare, the wording, the layout and the StrikePlan name and marks. Ask us first if you want to use any of it beyond your own fishing.

What the plan covers

The plan is guaranteed current only for the agreed dates purchased. During that window, material weather alerts, regulation changes and launch closures that affect the plan are flagged when available. Fishing results and safe conditions cannot be guaranteed. Always follow current official rules and conditions. Catch results are not guaranteed. These terms do not limit rights that apply by law.
