StrikePlan LLC (Washington, USA) uses the contact and trip details you send to answer you, prepare your plan, handle your order and reply to support requests. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.

What we collect

What you type into our forms (name, email, country and state or province, the water, dates, species, how you fish, and any notes), the order ID we create, and basic technical data needed to stop abuse (for example, a short-lived rate-limit counter keyed to your IP address).

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website, processes form submissions and stores order records. Resend delivers the emails we send you. Stripe processes payments; we never see or store your card details. Our business email provider stores the messages you send us. If we turn on Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam, Cloudflare processes the check.

How plans are researched

We use automated and AI-assisted tools to gather public information about your water (regulations, access, forecasts and gauges). Those tools get the trip details (water, region, dates, species and how you fish), not your name, email or payment details. A person reviews every plan before it ships.

What not to send us

Share only information relevant to your trip. Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through these forms.

Your plan and reviews

We don’t publish identifiable customer plans without permission; our public sample removes the customer’s name. We only quote a review with your permission, word for word, with your name shown the way you ask.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for your order, support and our tax and accounting records. Rate-limit counters expire within minutes. Email-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
